Jessica Gaulton is completing a fellowship in Neonatology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is a clinical innovation fellow at the Center for Digital Health. Jessica has over a decade of experience in health services research, health policy and management, programmatic development, and entrepreneurship.

Jessica is deeply passionate about improving the health and wellness of mothers and their babies through developing, testing, and implementing new health interventions. At the Center for Digital Health, she conducts projects that leverage digital health platforms to improve maternal and newborn health at Penn Medicine.

Jessica graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University. She was a Fulbright Scholar in China which inspired her to become a doctor. Jessica attended medical school at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and received a master's degree in health policy and management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Jessica completed a pediatric residency at Boston Children’s Hospital.
